Summerhill Surgery operates a zero tolerance policy concerning violence and abuse. This includes unreasonable / offensive / threatening behaviour or attacks on members of the staff or the general public and damage to the surgery premises or property.
Your name will be removed from the practice list for any of the above and, if necessary, the police will be contacted.
